This place was clean and ideal, with amazingly kind staff on the 2nd shift, and in a marvelous location next to Washington attractions.

Ideal and clean place, incredibly kind and always accommodating stuff on the 2nd shift. Nice building and spotless rooms with comfy bed. Great location so close to Arlington Cemetery, and National Mall. Plus, next to Iwo Jima Memorial.

Friendly check-in, late check-out. Great pool area too. Incredible and favourable location 4-6 minutes walking distance from Iwo Jima Memorial.

The room was super clean with both a shower and a tub, which was a nice bonus for relaxation 🛁. The staff at check-in were really friendly and there was convenient on-site parking available. A major highlight was the awesome pool where you could unwind. Plus, the location couldn't be beat - right next to the Iwo Jima Memorial!

The wake-up service in my queen studio was a nice bonus. Having bathtubs in the rooms was a plus for me. The location was really handy and convenient, being next door to the Iwo Jima Memorial and Arlington Cemetery, both within walking distance. Grocery stores, the metro, as well as Arlington and D, were all easily accessible. The view from the hotel was spectacular.

We had a fantastic stay at Ascend Hotel. The one bedroom suite with a kitchenette was perfect for our family of five. It allowed us to have breakfast and supper in the suite, saving time and money. The shuttle service to the metro station was a great convenience, and we were able to explore Arlington Cemetery and the memorials in D.C. thanks to the hotel's prime location. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The rooms are big and well furnished. The hotel is near a metro station which is close to Washington DC's center and there are also things to visit nearby.

There is a highway near the hotel and there are also planes taking off from a nearby airport so it's quite noisy.

Everything was very good, greatly enjoyed our nice stay. All the employees were accommodating and exceptionally kind. We spent 2 nights in a stylish and neat room with a queen size bed. The hotel was not far from the Rosslyn metro station and the tourism and business core of the Rosslyn area of Arlington and Iwo Jima memorial / Arlington Cemetery and Dupont Circle.

The staff were absolutely amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a short walk to the metro and within walking distance of Georgetown and even DC. There was also a complimentary shuttle service to the metro and grocery store. We enjoyed the fresh fruit, coffee, lemonade, and water provided in the lobby, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

The beds in the hotel sagged in the middle, which was an issue for us as a couple. We woke up each morning with sore backs and not feeling as rested as we would have liked.

The hotel has everything I could need, including a kitchen for snacks. The location is awesome, just a short walk to the Iowa Jima memorial and easy to get to Georgetown or the metro. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful. The staff, especially the receptionist Emanuel, was very helpful and friendly.

Everything is what I need and want.

Friendly staff, and best of all, kitchens in the suites! Especially great if you've been travelling for a while and are craving home cooking. Room prices end up being great value if you're cooking for yourself and are travelling with friends/family. The Metro is only 10 minutes away, not a big deal if you don't mind walking. Very convenient for Arlington memorials.

The breakfast was very very good and adequate with a wide array of products. The private parking was onsite, excellent service.

We were a big group of friends and we loved the spacious mini apartments with full kitchens at a great price. The pool, gym, and free pizza nights were awesome!

Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.

Follow-ups need to be done with regards to every day general cleaning of the rooms, from my observation my room was not cleaned every day although the bed was re-made.

Extremely spacious and warm enough room, everything was wonderful. Booked a room with great kitchen. The staff was really kind throughout our stay. Excellent service was provided here. We had cookies in the lobby.
